Mozilla Thunderbirdをメーラで使っているのだけど，先日受信したメールでこんな現象が起きました．
なんだこりゃ？と思って下まで見ると，署名の区切りとして沢山の“>”が…(^^;
Thunderbirdは引用符として用いられることの多い“>”カラバーで置き換えてくれるのですが，署名欄で使われたものも引用符と解釈したようです．
これは参ったまいった…
まぁ，対処法はあるんだろうけど，こんなのもめったに無いので放置ということで（笑
